BEAT Dinners are a more intimate event with sensational food and stimulating conversation. A different VIP guest of honour is invited to each Dinner; the goal is to provide a smaller group of attendees access to the invited guest, allowing for more informal conversation and discussions.

Your guide is Spanish architect Arancha González Bernardo, co-founder of Toronto-based Odami, who converted the 1900s Victorian townhouse into SARA, a process she says involved “striking the right balance between preserving the building’s domestic character, and maximizing its potential as a restaurant.”
