Fotini Pitoglou is a licensed architect in the UK and Greece. She is a designer with KPMB Architects and has a broad work experience ranging from high-profile institutional to high-rise mixed-use projects. She holds master's degrees from the University of Waterloo and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she conducted extensive research on waterfront design, and community building. Her work has been published on various websites in the architecture industry and presented at the Changing Cities conference.
Additionally, Fotini is actively involved within the architectural community, being the incoming Vice-Chair of RAIC EP committee and an executive member of Building Equality in Architecture, Toronto (BEAT), as well as through mentoring students and young architects. Most recently, she has been developing a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering vulnerable communities impacted by tourism.
