Elaine Pantel is a strategic advisor to architecture and design firms across Canada, bringing over 30 years of experience in business strategy, leadership, and ownership transition. She helps firms strengthen leadership, navigate succession, and build the financial and governance frameworks that support long-term success.

Working alongside legal, valuation, tax, and HR advisors, Elaine helps integrate the financial, strategic, and human aspects of leadership transition and business transformation. Her approach combines analytical structure with practical insight, enabling firm leaders to make confident decisions during periods of growth and change.

Elaine is committed to helping the next generation of leaders in architecture navigate the business and leadership challenges of professional practice. She serves on the Advisory Board and chairs the Governance Committee of BEAToronto, where she has helped guide the organization’s governance renewal and leadership initiatives.
