About the workshop:
This workshop explores what effective leadership truly looks like at the mid-to-senior level and challenges common assumptions about success in these roles. Participants will reflect on how the strengths that led to their promotion may differ from the capabilities required to lead strategically, influence broadly, and deliver results through others. We will also examine what makes teams successful and the critical role mid- and senior-level leaders play in shaping performance, culture, and accountability. Finally we’ll address the most common leadership challenges at this level and share practical best practices to overcome them, with an interactive breakout session.
