Programming Assistant
Andrea is a Project Coordinator at Boszko & Verity inc. with a background in Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). She plays a key role as Programming Assistant with Building Equality in Architecture Toronto (BEAT), where she dedicates her efforts to supporting the delivery of virtual and in-person workshops and events. She plays a key role in collaborating with the Executive Committee by assisting with essential communications and graphics support, maintaining the organization’s online presence as well as ongoing operations.
After graduating from Toronto Metropolitan University, Andrea is currently working on the project execution of institutional and commercial buildings across the Greater Toronto Area. Most recently, her team brought the RMHC Family Room to completion.
Andrea was part of the 2024 Student Energy Fellowship, where she gained insight into energy systems at a global scale while honing essential project development and project management skills. During her studies, she held a position as Vice President of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) Chapter, having previously been involved as Events Team Lead. She is eager to continue leveraging her passion for collaboration, organization, and problem-solving to make a positive impact in her community.
