Executive Committee Member - Media Team
(6-month Initial Term, starting January 1, 2019)

Responsibility include:

• Assist media team with social media and website management

• Manage editorial calendar and update back-end website

• Control social media channels and digital media posts

• Create and distribute newsletters

• Maintain BEA style guide, and event strategy across all BEA groups Canada wide

• Experience working with social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), Squarespace, and MailChimp

Graphic Support Volunteer (student)
(6-month Initial Term, starting January 1, 2019)

Responsibility/skill sets should include:

• Assist the Executive Committee with graphic design needs

• Able to maintain BEA style guide

• Create consistent graphics for various social media and website platforms

• Work closely with the Media Team in executing graphic design needs of BEA

• Excellent graphic design skills

• Fluent in adobe suites

• Ability to used After Effects/Premier Pro is an asset

 Responsibility/skill sets should include:

• Creating and editing website contents in a timely manner

• Experience working on platforms such as Wix, squarespace, wordpress

• Strong language skills

• Work closely with the Media Team
